Cottage by the Pass offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you'll find a spacious studio apartment that features a full kitchen, comfortable living area, queen sized bed in sleeping area and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The Cottage is equipped with WiFi and satellite TV. Outside the double french doors our guests enjoy the large private balcony that offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The balcony is approx. 400 sq ft, partially covered to allow for a great dining spot.

This property was everything it advertised. The location was perfect for a day at the beach or visiting John’s Pass. Once you arrive, no car needed! Access to the local trolley from steps outside the front door makes visiting Clearwater or St. Pete easy. This property was perfect for a party of 2. It was a gem!
We loved this place! The deck was simply amazing and that's where we spent a lot of our time. The owners were responsive and worked well with us. Thank you! We will be back.

This place was perfect for the two of us, close to the beach, John’s Pass is amazing, so many dolphins, lots of shopping and restaurants. The Madeira Beach American Legion is one of the best we have ever been to, being my husband is a vet, we would definitely stay here again!!

Had a great time! Space was awesome and had everything needed for a 6+ week stay, bar across the street for good drinks and live music, beach visible from the upper deck, less than a 5 minute walk. Had a great time!! So hard to come back to snow..!
Right near beach access and across the street from John’s Pass stores and restaurants. The upstairs unit has everything you need and a large private balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
Beautiful place. Perfect for a couple. Just enough room. Close proximity to the beach access and to johns pass.
Exactly time great location
We totally enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was there were no smoke detectors or carbon monetize detectors in the place. And the band was loud across the street at night.
