Cottage by the Pass, downstairs unit, offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you will find a spacious kitchen with travertine counter tops, and energy efficient under the counter washer and dryer. Wood floors in the living area and bed rooms. Bathrooms have a complete new look with marble showers. Outside the french doors in the back is a patio with a gas grill. In front there is a large patio with a white picket fence with lush tropical landscape.

Nice little cottage that is about 300 steps from the sand. Responsive owner. So much better than a hotel as house offers dishwasher, washer/dryer and spacious kitchen. Perfect price compared to others in the area. Teenagers LOVED the two living room futons, said they were surprisingly comfortable.
We just had our 2nd year staying at this cottage and already booked again for next year. The location is the best - right across the street from John's Pass! The cottage is beautiful and well appointed and the host, Cherie, is wonderful to work with! We highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful Florida vacation :)
Location, location, location! Minutes from the ocean and one crosswalk from the boardwalk. Wonderful rental with all amenities included and a large patio for entertainment. Highly recommended!
This little cottage had it all!!!! Close to Joh’s Pass. Patio you could sit and listen to the music from the Bamboo Bar across the street! Cherie was the best and I was so happy I got to meet her. We have already booked for next year!! The little Purple House is awesome!!! See you next year!!! Enjoyed our stay and we had friends come over and also loved it!!!!
We had another great stay at this property. Close to all the shops and the beach!
This cottage worked well for us. We were in town for my mother's 90th birthday. On the days I had family commitments and took the car, the others could bounce between beach and boardwalk. We'd like to come again next year!

This was our second stay at the cottage. The location is perfect. John’s Pass is across the street and the beach is just a few steps behind the cottage. The owner is great with communicating with, and left lights on for us since we were arriving late at night.
We had a great experience and really enjoyed the location and accommodations.
Our stay was very comfortable. The access to John's Pass is about as good as you can possibly get, being directly across the street, with beach access being just a slightly longer walk. We very much enjoyed our stay.
