To help keep La Coquina #106 comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following guidelines during your stay.
🏊 Pool Rules
- The pool is open from 8:00 AM until dusk.
- The pool is closed throughout the night.
- Please follow all posted pool safety rules while using the pool.
🌴 Balcony & Common Area Courtesy
- Please do not hang towels, swimsuits, clothing, or other items on handrails.
- This includes balcony railings and common-area railings.
❄️ Air Conditioning
To help the air conditioning operate properly and efficiently:
- Keep the sliding glass doors closed.
- Keep the entry door closed.
- Please do not leave doors open for extended periods while the air conditioning is running.
🏖️ Beach Equipment
Beach chairs and other beach items are available for guest use in the primary bedroom closet.
- Please rinse off and remove as much sand as possible before returning beach items to the condo.
- Return all beach equipment to the primary bedroom closet before checkout.
- A beach lounge chair and umbrella rental service is conveniently located directly across the street on the beach.
🚗 Parking
- One reserved parking space is provided underneath the building: Space K106.
- Guest parking is available in the unmarked spaces outside the building.
- Please do not park in marked or reserved spaces belonging to other units.
🍽️ Dishwasher Instructions
The dishwasher requires a specific starting procedure:
Step 1: Press the POWER button, located on the far left.
Step 2: Press and hold your desired PROGRAM button for approximately 3 seconds until it begins to flash.
Step 3: While the selected PROGRAM button is still flashing, immediately close the dishwasher door within 3 seconds.
Step 4: The dishwasher will then begin its cycle.

Cancellations 14 or more days before arrival there is a 100% refund. Cancellations within the 14 days before arrival there are no refunds. Trip insurance is recommended.
