A family business, still knocking on every door.
Vicinity began out of a need for a better, more caring management company, starting with our own properties. What began with three people, a husband, a wife, and one cleaning gal, grew through word of mouth into a portfolio guests kept returning to.
In 2019, joined by our two daughters, we reopened Vicinity to continue serving this community personally, with no call centers and no runaround.
